Welcome to Wildwood Facilitation Services

Karin Calde, Ph.D., CPC, Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator

What if you could change ONE THING - that one thing that keeps you from feeling more connected, more joyful, more YOU. How would it transform your life?

A psilocybin experience can help you do that

What would you like to experience?

While you can’t control the outcome when working with psilocybin, you can influence the experience when you work with a knowledgeable, trained facilitator who can help you prepare and set the stage. This is a list of common reasons people seek out a psilocybin experience that overlaps with my training and expertise. Reach out to me if you are a woman or part of a couple between the ages of 45-65 and you:

My first time was life-changing

I was in my late 40s when I had my first psilocybin experience. While I was really nervous that first time, I had a beautiful journey that made me feel connected to and supported by everything and everyone in the universe. I was at the beginning of a divorce and it helped anchor me during that time; my experience served as a reminder that everything was going to be okay.

I’ve had more psilocybin experiences since that first time, all very different from one another and all helpful in their own way. Pairing them with Internal Family Systems (IFS) work, along with other practices such as meditation, somatic experiencing, breathwork, music, body work, journaling, and singing have all augmented the work and helped me integrate it and apply it to my daily life. Plant medicines have helped me open my heart, feel less fear, feel more peace and self-acceptance, and feel a sense of awe at being here on this beautiful planet. I now feel a greater sense of connection spiritually, with myself, with the trees, and with other people.

I come to this work with extensive training in clinical psychology, and experience and training as a relationship and self-development coach. I received my training in psilocybin facilitation at the Changa Institute. My additional specialities include psilocybin facilitation and psychedelic integration.

I have a deep reverence for the power of psilocybin, respect for those who have paved the way for people like me to do this work, and a belief the inner wisdom of my clients. While everyone has their own path with this work, I’m honored at the prospect of facilitating your psilicybin journey. Reach out if you’d like to connect.

Schedule your free consultation

Psilocybin is not for everyone, but it might be right for you. Only you can ultimately make that decision. I will never push you or try to convince you to have a psilocybin session. Let me know if you’d like to chat so I can offer you information about what a psilocybin experience in Oregon is like and so we can determine whether or not we’re a good fit for one another.

The Process

STEP 1

The first step to starting your psilocybin experience is to book a free consultation with me. During this Zoom call, we’ll get to know each other so we can determine if we’re a good fit; a good rapport with your facilitator has been shown to be the most important element of your experience. During this call I’ll ask you some questions to better understand your motivations, experience, and possible risk factors. You’ll also have the opportunity to me your questions. If you’re not sure what your questions are, that’s okay, too. We’ll have more opportunities to talk.

STEP 2

If we both decide this is a good match and you’d like to proceed, we’ll schedule a preparation session. This can last up to two hours. During this appointment we’ll go more in depth about what you want to get out of this experience, your health history, and anything else that’s relevant. I’ll tell you give you more information about what to expect and we’ll talk a lot about creating safety. We’ll review paperwork. This is the time when we’ll schedule the rest of our sessions together, including your administration day and integration session.

STEP 3

During our next appointment we’ll talk about your psilocybin dose, plus cover anything we didn’t get the chance to discuss during our previous appointment. I’ll walk you through what will happen during your psilocybin administration day.

STEP 4

This is your psilocybin administration day. We’ll meet at the service center in the morning and I’ll spend the day with you. Most people arrive at around 9:30am and are ready to go home by 4:00pm. Having a transportation plan is something we’ll discuss during preparation.

STEP 5

The importance of this day cannot be overstated. No matter what your psilocybin experience was like, integrating what happened so that you can bring what you learned into your daily life is a crucial part of the process. During this appointment I’ll offer other resources and we’ll talk about next steps for you.
