Are You Feeling Unfulfilled in Your Intimate Relationship?

Only a fellow divorced and remarried woman understands what it's like to be scared, feel alone, and come out the other side feeling fulfilled

You want your relationship to feel close and alive again, but you wonder if that’s even possible at this point. Something feels off. In midlife that can mean different things: you might have less tolerance for old patterns, the kids are leaving (or have left) home, caregiving or health issues add pressure, or one of you is rethinking what they really want. Your partner feels distant, or intimacy and conversation just don’t happen the way they used to.

I’ve been there. I know what it’s like to be married to someone for over 20 years and start to question if this person is still your soulmate. It can be confusing, scary, and like you’ve somehow failed.

Long-term relationships change over time in ways you don’t anticipate. You might be fighting more frequently, sex might be non-existent, and/or you might feel a growing distance between you. You and your partner might have grown apart over time and feel like roommates rather than romantic partners.

It doesn’t have to be that way.

What I offer individuals and couples in midlife and beyond

  • A compassionate, practical space to explore the unique challenges and opportunities of midlife partnerships.
  • Help identifying patterns that show up as conflict, withdrawal, loss of desire, grief over changing roles, or anxiety about the future.
  • Support around transitions common in midlife: empty nest, retirement planning, career shifts, blended families, second marriages, and caregiving for aging parents.
  • Guidance for rebuilding emotional and physical connection, improving communication, setting healthy boundaries, and clarifying values for the next chapter.
  • Help making tough choices with clarity and care, whether you decide to recommit, renegotiate the relationship, or separate.

How we work together

  • We begin by clarifying what matters most to you (or to both of you). It’s common not to know that at first, especially during life transitions.
  • Sessions are collaborative and practical: we identify long-standing patterns, practice new ways of relating, and build concrete steps you can use between sessions.
  • Change takes focus and time, but even small shifts can reshape how you feel about yourself and your partnership as you enter this new phase of life.

If your partner isn’t ready

Many people seek support alone at this stage. Individual coaching can still create meaningful change because partners affect one another — when one person shifts, the relationship often follows. Choosing coaching doesn’t mean you’re the problem; rather, it means you value yourself and the relationship you want for this next chapter.

A bit about me

I bring professional and lived experience through long-term marriage, divorce and remarriage, parenting (including adoption and parenting through illness), caregiving, sexual and intimacy challenges, trauma recovery, and extensive personal healing work. That background informs a grounded, empathic approach tailored to the realities of midlife.

Ready to explore this next chapter? Whether you come on your own or together, I’d welcome the chance to talk about what you want and how we might get there.

It's Time to Get on Track

You don’t have to continue feeling stressed, lonely, and unfulfilled in your intimate relationship. Whether you come to me on your own or with your partner, I have a plan that I will tailor to meet your unique needs. Life is too short to continue on this way.

Imagine feeling loved by your partner and knowing that you can create a beautiful life for yourselves, full of connection and play. It’s possible.

At this point, you can follow one of two paths. First, you can move on without clicking the button below and continue doing what you’ve always done. And, chances are, you’ll continue getting what you’ve always gotten. You can continue to struggle with your family and face the challenges alone.

Or you can choose the second path.

You can choose to do something different, to stop trying to figure this out all by yourself and instead use the guidance of someone who has already figured out how to achieve the very things you want so badly. You know where you’ll be in a year if you choose to do nothing, but there’s no telling how incredible things could be with you and your loved-ones with an expert by your side, supporting and guiding you every step of the way.

If you’re ready to have the loving relationships you’ve always wanted, I invite you to choose the second path, click the button below, and take the first step toward a bigger, brighter tomorrow.
